Arnaud Constant is a partner with the law office of Savin Martinet Associés.

His primary area of focus is corporate law, in particular in the area of life science and bio-technologies.

Mr. Constant has worked as a lawyer and task officer in public- and private-sector organizations and as an associate attorney with the firms Moquet Borde & Associés and de Pardieu, Brocas, Maffei & Leygonie law firms. He served as a secretary for the Conférence du Stage des Avocats de Paris, where he represented the winners of the moot court competition. His experience has given him solid knowledge of business enterprises, consulting and general business litigation.

Arnaud Constant is a member of the Permanent Committee of the Union des Jeunes Avocats de Paris, or Paris Union of Young Attorneys.

Arnaud Constant regularly speaks at professional training seminars, especially in business law and criminal business law (for Edition Formation Entreprise, or EFE, a business training and seminar planner, Business Immo...).

A member of the Paris bar association since 1998, Arnaud Constant is a former secretary for the Conférence du Stage des Avocats de Paris (class of 2000).

He holds a DESS degree in business and tax law from Paris II University - Assas and is a graduate of the Paris Political Studies Institute (Sciences Politiques - Paris).
