The law office of Savin Martinet Associés
assists and advises both French and foreign companies.
The
clientele includes listed and unlisted firms, small, medium
and large businesses and companies that are international in
scope or purpose.
We also offer our expertise to local communities, institutional
and private developers, semi-public companies, public notary
and government-owned corporations.
The files are in relation with a range of industries, including
auto manufacturing, aviation, luxury products, lumber and fertilizers,
hotels, organic foods, food manufacturing, health sector, real
property, mines and quarries, laboratories, institutional food
services, hospitals, hazardous materials transport, business
and deposit banks, the health care industry and more.
The
Firm responds to French and/or european invitations to tender
in its areas of intervention, in particular through the French
Institute of International Legal Experts (I.F.E.J.I.) of which
Yvon Martinet, firm founding partner, is one of the experts
in environmental, natural resources and food law.
The
Firm's lawyers are all, in training and in practice, business
law generalists. They have developed a general legal and judicial
practice (legal advice, litigation), as well as a due diligence,
regulatory and legal audits practice, before specializing in
specific fields in relation with the activities developed by
the Firm's client.
Most
of the Firm's lawyers also intervene as "resource people"
in professional conferences, publis or private training institutes
and symposia, and write articles and books in their area of
expertise.
Depending
on the issues, the Firm may have recourse to the expertise of
professionals outside the Firm in order, if need be, to approach
cases from both a technical and legal perspective (see in particular
"International and national network").
