“From its inception, the Savin Martinet Associés Law Firm (SAVIN MARTINET ASSOCIES) has been willing to engage in the implementation of the Quality – Safety – Environment Integrated Management System (SMI QSE) based on the continuous improvement of its Quality, Health and Safety, Environment policies.

The objective is to provide, in addition to providing high quality legal services, a real health and safety in the work place policy, as well as an eco-citizen approach to Sustainable Development. This action is based on a great motivation and a real commitment from every SAVIN MARTINET ASSOCIES members.

In this respect, SAVIN MARTINET ASSOCIES acts to:

• allow for the continuous improvement of the Quality of its performances in “A client for life” relationship, by reinforcing the transversal work methodology and the gradual integration of the reciprocal knowledge (economical, technical, financial and legal) necessary to a good handling of the cases, with a constant reference to the notion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR);
  
• ensure optimal Safety conditions in the work place, by reinforcing the legal requirements through measures adapted to a Law firm;
  
• still improve the taking into account of Environmental factors, by constantly improving work methods in order to reduce environmental impacts.
