Thanks to its knowledge of zoning and contract regulations and the regulations applicable specifically to construction and development, particularly the relevant provisions of the Construction and Dwelling Code, the firm is able to work with its clients on every phase of:

 

  • Drafting and review of owner’s contracts and contracts covering sales in advance of construction, project management, real estate promotion, and sub-contracting;
